I have been with CMG since Oct 2009 when the merchandising program with Walmart was just beginning. I started forming relationships with all 49 stores in MD as well as visiting Sams Clubs in NJ, DE, WVA and PA.
I arrived at CMG with 9 years in the industry, (previously servicing) Home Depots and Lowes in a few different states. I came with knowledge of annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs and tropicals and a love for all living things.
My favorite part of the job is assisting customers with gardening questions and “finding homes” for as many plants as possible. I enjoy the freedom and flexibility of the position, as well as the seasonality. I also appreciate how the position “enables my addiction to plants and gardening!”
