Horticulture and greenhouse operations have been a central passion of mine since a very early age. The opportunity to blend creativity and science through working with plants and people is something I have enjoyed throughout high school, college, and my entire career. Over the past 20 years, I have been actively involved in several key areas of the industry, including sales, production growing, design, and retail. A particularly memorable experience was growing and forcing plants for displays at the Philadelphia Flower Show, which highlighted the ever-changing art of plant cultivation. In my spare time, I enjoy boating on the Chesapeake Bay and visiting garden centers and gardens along the East Coast
