Growing & Maintenance Tips for Ptilotus Joey

Heat and drought-tolerant plant produces luminous, silver-green foliage topped by large, conical spikes of feathery flowers. Each long-lasting, 2 to 3-in. (5 to 7-cm), “bottlebrush” bloom starts out silver and matures to neon pink near the tips. The compact, uniform plants are well-suited to gardens and mixed containers.
